The Protect Meter is a propane detector that works really well, and it’s extremely durable. I bought one to see if our RV propane detectors were working correctly. I found out that one of the RV’s propane detectors was defective, but the other one was fine. I’ve done the job before with soapy water but that sometimes confirms there are no leaks and then I get the surprise of my life with a burst pipe. Protect Meter is a product I’d recommend to avoid problems.
